BitMEX Funding [m59]

Description and documentation can be found within the script.
Notas de Lançamento:
  • Documented reduced emulation accuracy when relevant TradingView historical data runs out.
  • Option to use alternate colors when accuracy is reduced, which is now the default behavior.
  • Removed the print value buffer option, as that can be changed from the style tab.
  • Cleaned up the code a little bit.
Notas de Lançamento:
  • ETH funding is now available via the new option, "Contract".
  • The predicted rate and next funding rate lines should coincide closely with what the Bitmex UI shows. If not, let me know.
  • The funding emulation is hopefully more accurate.
Notas de Lançamento:
  • Made some arbitrary changes to improve the indicator performance without sacrificing accuracy
  • Improved the documentation thanks to suggestions and help from @gambleditall.
Notas de Lançamento:
  • Made an otherwise arbitrary change so that the indicator will work on charts with special tickers like spread charts.

keep receiving "loop error" with this

@chillenbrand, I just published an update that should at least improve that issue, if not solve it entirely. It seems to be that when the TradingView server executes the code slower sometimes, it trips that error. Emulating the funding has been most accurate with the current implementation, but it comes with this flaw. I will keep trying to fix it if it continues to be an issue. Let me know how the update works out for you.

Hi, thanks a lot for this, very useful indeed! Any reason why the script doesn't show anything when switching to an 8H (480min) view?

I don't believe this works anymore - seems like a very valuable tool. I've looked a bit through the code, can it get up and running if the certain quote inputs are updated? seems like all the math for the premium calculation are all in there.

Thank you~
