The negative force indicator measures the force in the price moves, that is, how aggressive the sellers and the buyers are in relation to each other.
VALUES > 500
Values above 500 are considered as areas where the market might turn. Get ready to enter Long in the market or wait until a sign appears.
VALUES < 250
Values below approximate 250 mean that the market is in a positive trend.
A gap down in the indicator is a strong sign that the buyers dominate the market and thus a signal for a positive trend.
sign occurs when the trending price makes a lower low and the oscillator makes a lower low. This shows that the force in the recent price movement is relatively lower than the previous one. Sellers have become less aggressive and buyers are coming in.
HOW TO USE
1. Use the indicator to enter Long in the market.
2. If the indicator is above 500. Get ready to enter Long in the market or wait until a sign appears.
3. Compare the force in the current price move with previous ones to get an understanding of how aggressive the sellers are.
4. Look for signs in the indicator.
5. Look for Gaps in the indicator.
6. The indicator is perfectly combined with supply/demand zones, levels, and trend channels.
You will have the opportunity to decide the length of the indicator. The standard value is 20 periods.
