@Reventonzeee, this is a function of Tradingview's repainting + the exponential moving average which changes in time (that's how the formula works)

@Shtrek, they signify when an asset reaches the overbought (top) or oversold (bottom) conditions based on the EMA of the indicator. Those are areas where you can look at other indicators for a reversal (like MACD divergence, market structure, trade location)
