Reversal Strength Zones (RSZ)

Whether the market is trending or consolidating, RSZ adapts to current conditions and highlights the optimal zones where price is statistically most likely to reverse, giving traders a significant edge in timing their entries.
🔎 How It Works
The core engine of Reversal Strength Zones performs a multi-timeframe momentum strength analysis, evaluating the intensity and confluence of price movement across different time horizons. Based on this assessment:
In an uptrend, the indicator projects the most probable demand zone — the price region where a pullback is likely to find support, offering a high-probability long/buy entry.
In a downtrend, the indicator projects the most probable supply zone — the price region where a rally is likely to face resistance, offering a high-probability short/sell entry.
These projected zones are not static support/resistance levels — they are dynamically calculated reaction zones derived from the underlying strength of the move itself, making them inherently adaptive to current market structure.
⚙️ Key Features
Multi-Timeframe Strength Analysis
RSZ doesn't rely on a single timeframe. It cross-references momentum strength across multiple timeframes to ensure that projected zones carry true structural significance, filtering out noise and increasing the reliability of each signal.
Adjustable Sensitivity
The indicator offers a sensitivity control that allows traders to fine-tune signal frequency based on market conditions:
Sensitivity
High -> Clear, well-defined trend (strong uptrend or downtrend). More signals.
Medium -> Moderate trend or transitional market. Strong and Balanced signal. A good all-around setting for most market environments.
Low -> Ranging, choppy, or unclear trend conditions. Strong and Fewer signals. Higher conviction per signal; filters out noise when direction is uncertain.
💡 Tip: Start with Medium sensitivity and adjust based on the clarity of the prevailing trend. Use High when the trend is obvious and you want to catch every pullback. Switch to Low when the market is indecisive and you want only the highest-confidence zones.

📐 Manual Analysis Region Selection
Unlike indicators that automatically apply calculations across the entire chart, RSZ gives the trader full control over the analysis window. The user manually selects the starting point from which all calculations are performed. This allows you to:
Focus the analysis on the current relevant market structure
Exclude outdated or irrelevant price action
Recalibrate the indicator after major market shifts or structural breaks
Tailor the calculation period to your specific trading style and strategy
📊 How to Use
Set the analysis starting point — Identify where the current relevant price structure begins and anchor the indicator's calculation from that point.
Assess the trend — Determine whether the market is in a clear uptrend, downtrend, or ranging condition.
Adjust sensitivity accordingly — Use High sensitivity for clear trends, Medium for moderate trends, and Low for unclear or sideways markets.
Monitor projected zones — Watch for price approaching the highlighted Reversal Strength Zone.
Confirm and execute — Use the projected zone as a key decision area for entries, combining with your own confirmation criteria (price action, volume, candlestick patterns, etc.).
🎯 Who Is This For?
Day traders seeking precise intraday reaction zones backed by multi-timeframe analysis
Swing traders looking for high-probability pullback entries in trending markets
Position traders who want to identify major reversal zones for strategic entries
Scalpers seeking rapid, precise reaction zones for quick entries and exits on lower timeframes
Any trader who values a structured, data-driven approach to finding optimal entry levels
