It lookslike a change but THE change? Not sure. The bounce is happening above the 50 period moving average perfectly which is good. The bad news is that the quicker 20 is under the 50 and that is bearish. they seem to be crossing which would be good. If it is a rally then a line should go on the bottom for trend. Might be another flush, might not. until all the ducks line up I would hold or not buy yet.
