UWTI Bulls are losing ground, while the Bears are gaining. Williams %R reveals the bulls strength is fading , while the bears are gaining . The last two Bull runs we're considerably less successful than the first. Rather than building to a big bull break, this bull run appears to be fading. I look for the next Bear push to be more successful than the prior two with a push near 2.77. One way to play this is to go long DWTI.
