Ok the initial obvious move is a retrace to the 61.8.
Then though there is still that gap shown between the yellow lines. That should fill before any more downside.
Over the next week or two though I am saying that the markets will move down as people de-risk in anticipation of the Midterm elections. When they are done and there is a strong Republican win, confidence will return and the markets will commence their Christmas rally.
