So do you mean we wait for a retracement up to the resistance line then we fade? Sorry if my question is very novice but am a newbie following TLT.

I normally place a sell stop under the last low, and a limit sell at the 50% retracement level in cases like this, if I'm sure it's going to drop further down.
As long as order size is calculated according to your money management rules it's ok.

i won't sell puts unless it was earnings. because the price can go way down and kill us. it is better to put the power to us. buy puts. :)
