Due to many fundamental and technical aspect of the market contributing to this. Therefore, the area to watch out would be the price breaking the downtrend and even so there would be potential resistance zone that lies ahead. Overall, for S&P500 to continue rising it might take a hell lot more than positive earning reports for it to continue its surge.
