PLTR Opened today at $18.60, Moving average and volume signaled a buy we entered a long position. PLTR reached 21.47 before getting rejected.
If PLTR can hold a $20 it can be used as a entry to go long, keep in mind your stop loss would be set @19.57 limiting your risk (2.59%).
Base of previous behavior patterns PLTR makes highs and always see's a sell of as the RSI is overbought and we're taking profits at the top and reaccumulating when volume is low.
Scenario A: We open strong tomorrow breaking resistance before a huge sell off to retest previous Resistance which is $21.47
Scenario B: PLTR fail's to break the $21.47 get's rejected we retest $20 if we fail to hold it we can see the gap get filled @ 18.57
