Dear Pandya,
How can Wave 1 and 4 overlap ?..and if your 5th comes true..then 3rd becomes shortest ?..and both of them are violating the basic rules of EW.

should wave 3 no go beyond wave 1? Is this another varitiaon to Elliot Wave Theory?

, its not necessary what if the markets are in a volatility funnel. for that you can google types of Elliot wave
