Comentário

Trade fechado: stop atingido

as I mention, I don't want to see price beyond 1.1433
therefore exit the trade.
find next trade in next week

Comentário

let's do a calculation of this trade:
If the account is 10k, and 2% rule is 200 usd
for 53 pips risk, the total lot size is about 0.4 lot.
TP1 of 1.1355 is hit and closed 0.2 lot, win 25 pips = 50 usd
then it hit SL with the other half, 0.2 lose 53 pips = -106 usd
total p&l = -56 usd
compare with the original risk of 2% = 200 usd,
we manage to decrease our loss to only 0.56%= 56 usd
I am very comfortable with a 0.56% loss and I will just move to the next winning trade in the future.

When we talk pull back, we can use FIB tool,
So get ready to short EURUSD again, if 0.618 level retraced.

Comentário

for those who want to take short, u can sell now

Comentário

As I said in my webinar:
1.1450 is the place we want to exit
higher high means no short.

Our SL saved us 100 pips

Comentário

Based on daily structure, the SL will be 1.1645
that is 120 pips away from now, therefore I won't suggest to short now
we need to find lower time frame 's pattern to give better entry and better Sl

Comentário

Some one said there is AB=CD
I totally agree

Geez some of you whine like little bitches. I've actually lost money overall with following Jack's setups because I don't follow religiously and caught some losing ones, but a. Jack saw something with a high (but not definite) probability of success, b. the trade hasn't even hit SL yet because Jack said to keep SL as is after hitting TP1 (as opposed to moving it to BE, in which case you'd be stopped out by now with a small profit), and c. if you follow the most important rule, which is money management, it shouldn't matter if this high probability trade happens to end up losing 1% of your bankroll.

@Blacklodge, indeed. Bunch of whiney 'instant gratification' noobs.

@Blacklodge, fine but the SL is gonna be hit in a minute or two. Rather breakeven with a small profit than no profit at all or even a loss. TP should've been only take profit 1 and not TP2. High probability was for a pullback to 1.15. We need a strategy that works long term and TP2 was for a drop all the way to 1.09. If we are gonna use harmonic patterns then why not use the inverse head and shoulders rather, just confused as to how he actually trades, if not harmonic patterns and why not wait for pull back to hugely psychological 1.15 before the sell.. Do we wait for pullback to an important level or not? Do we follow harmonic patterns or not? It is a valid question and nobody will reply.
ClaytonAshley
Should've gone for the inverse head and shoulders then?
Blacklodge
@ClaytonAshley, 1. Jack provides free setups, so any timely feedback is a bonus. I'd recommend going with a few paid subs where you can get messenger/email support. However, make sure you do a thorough backtesting of their setups as it can get very expensive blindly following a new provider's setups just to find out that they are a loser, 2. you have to expect losses, that's just part of trading and why money management is key. That's why you need to find someone to follow that provides an overall positive /pip count, and 3. Jack sometimes provides 1000+ pip trades, so there's no reason why TP3 couldn't have been so far away. He thought he saw something, and it just happened not to work out.

Sorry guys.... been following Jack for a few months. Best out there in Tradingview if you ask me but I have taken all the losing trades (only one winner). So yeh, my apologies, I think it's me. It did hit TP1 but it was too small so I didnt book profits.

I will post when I take one of his trades so you guys can get worried lol
MicKi
With this said, most of his trades are winners
