1 Question, you have 2 images with different ratios (at least) on Bat C leg. The second says "38.2 - 88.6 AB" but the first says "at least 61.8 (must close below 88.6)". So what is an acceptable C leg? 61.8 and above ( to 88.6), anything from 38.2 to 88.6 or just the perfect ratios 38.2, 61.8, 88.6? Thank You for your time, and for the pictures!

yup those are good and valid shark patterns. but the table is still wrong tho. first up - sharkpatterns are labeld differently than all the other pattern because the are part of the earlier found 5-0 pattern. thats why sharks start with 0 and the X point is where normaly A is(and so on from there - with completion at C) so abit false labeled in your table. in the table you also say B(which with the corrected labeling should be A) is 618, which isnt norm. and clearly (from your charts) you are workin with smaller retracments too. technically A doesnt need to have desired retracment level, but its hard to make the pattern work ratiowise if its much less than a 382. A(your B) is defined by the correction projection of B and C, so no retracment level required. and the 618 is certainly wrong. lastly your C point (normally B) doesnt need at least be a 1.13 XA(normmal 0X) but instead a 1.13 AB(normally XA - ironicly). its abit confusing to explain due to the false labeling. here a random chart i put together to showcase the correct labeling and to correct ratios. those ratios are based on the publications of the guy who found and named the pattern in the early 2000s - Scott Carney

Thanks.
Yes, i search for a deeper corrections for my point B, about 50% at least, if it gets closer the 61.8%, great. I believe a smaller correction like the 23% or 38% its a sign of an extended move arriving on next leg, and in this cases i will target the 127% or above it. About the Point C, normally i use the AB extension, but as you said, the market is tricky sometimes, and the XA extension is also an option. I know Steve Carney of course, and i'm already creating a Shark Pattern Special Guide, with those "corrections". Thank you
