4/12 was first time we closed above the 200ma on the daily since 7/2014. Looking for a retest of the 20ma for before a breakout higher to $43/45
NOTE: longer term projection on oil is bearish.

I'm confused as your chart shows the 20ma at 51.44 so how can we retest before a breakout higher to 43-45?
