CEI high probability long term setup, shortterm sells

Look for short term sells on CEI. CEI is an energy stock that had a reverse stock split; which is why there chart looks weird as you go out further and further. CEI has followed a wave like pattern for years now. It is a common pump and dump stock. I would take a small position right now with some capital left over to put in in case it drops more. Long term this will follow its historical data so another pump and dump is likely.
