i see bitcoin heading down to $4300 - $3500 just before the Bitcoin (BTC)

SEC will review Cboe BZX exchange, Inc's proposed rule change to List and trade shares of SolidX Bitcoin shares Issued by the VanEck SolidX. its so funny but its gonna happen. sorry for the rough chart but i needed to see all reasons.
