BTC always reach the most despair possible before to bouce back, and when somebody may think: "That is enouth, I can't handle it no more" so it deeps more and the despair goes harder. Whoever is in this market longer know that. Finally the BTC dominance reachs a support zone e now we have a significant rejection, what may mean he would outperform altcoins in general. Remember that big players uses news and "tweets" to justify the price movement, but at the end it's all about manipulate the market.
